In the book of Revelation chapter 19 verses 11 to 21, there is a very interesting future event between the LORD JESUS and the Armies in Heaven going into war and defeating satan and his armies. The Scriptures Passage says “Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He Who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war. His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns. He had a Name written that no one knew except Himself. He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His Name is called The WORD Of GOD. And the armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses. Now out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should strike the Nations. And He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron. He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty GOD. And He has on His robe and on His thigh a Name written: KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS. Then I saw an angel standing in the sun, and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the birds that fly in the midst of heaven, “Come and gather together for the supper of the Great GOD, that you may eat the flesh of kings, the flesh of captains, the flesh of mighty men, the flesh of horses and of those who sit on them, and the flesh of all people, free and slave, both small and great.” And I saw the beast, the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against Him Who sat on the horse and against His army. Then the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who worked signs in his presence, by which he deceived those who received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image. These two were cast alive into the lake of fire burning with brimstone. And the rest were killed with the sword which proceeded from the mouth of Him Who sat on the horse. And all the birds were filled with their flesh.”
We have learned that The WORD Of GOD is a powerful weapon. We also learned that The WORD of GOD, Who is the LORD JESUS CHRIST, manifested in the flesh and came to live on planet earth as The SON Of GOD. If The LORD JESUS manifested in the physical and came to live in the human body, therefore, the WORD Of GOD, the Promises of GOD concerning our lives can also manifest in our lives. If that WORD came from the mouth of GOD, it will come to pass in GOD’s timing. Some of GOD Promises over our lives may look impossible and go against all odds, but if HE has said and promised it, then HE will perform and do it. We learn that it’s very important not only to be a hearer of the WORD Of GOD, but a doer as well. We need to act upon and do what GOD is telling you and me to do in HIS Teachings, or if HE promised you personally about something. Faith precedes action. The teachings and instructions of GOD, and all HIS Promises for our lives, they require action on our side as our response to what HE has promised and said. What is GOD telling you and me to do today?
After we hear HIM, it’s not enough to hear HIM, HIS Teachings and Promises, but also to follow and act upon what we hear. We need to obey what GOD is telling you and me, only then we shall have good success, which is a success that comes or follows, and its foundation is in GOD Ways of doing things.
In the book of Joshua chapter 1 verse 8, it says GOD said to Joshua, “This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.”
