When we receive Salvation also known as the LORD JESUS CHRIST, we have a chance to see and enter the Kingdom of GOD, or the Kingdom of Heaven. We get the privilege to become Children of GOD and HIS Priests of the Holy Nation to serve HIM.
There is forgiveness of our sins and we get to make peace with our GOD when we receive the Gift of Salvation and we get to have eternal life.
We are also empowered to live a godly lifestyle that is pleasing to GOD. Even though our Salvation is a process, but as we walk and live the journey as children of GOD, by the help of The HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD, we are empowered by HIM to overcome our shortcomings and sins, and live righteously.
There are many benefits for you and me, when we receive this Gift. We get a chance to be saved and delivered from our old ways and wrong foundations. We can ask GOD in prayer to intervene in our situations on our behalf.
And on top of that we get an opportunity to know GOD and have a good fellowship with HIM through HIS HOLY SPIRIT.
The LORD JESUS said in the book of John 17 verse 3, "Now this is eternal life: that they know YOU, the only TRUE GOD, and JESUS CHRIST, whom YOU have sent."
