I have been reading this passage where the LORD JESUS was talking about the four types of hearts or grounds in Luke chapter 8 verses 11 to 15. He said “This is the meaning of the parable: The seed is the WORD of GOD. Those along the path are the ones who hear, and then the devil comes and takes away the word from their hearts, so that they may not believe and be saved. Those on the rocky ground are the ones who receive the word with joy when they hear it, but they have no root. They believe for a while, but in the time of testing they fall away. The seed that fell among thorns stands for those who hear, but as they go on their way they are choked by life’s worries, riches and pleasures, and they do not mature. But the seed on good soil stands for those with a noble and good heart, who hear the word, retain it, and by persevering produce a crop.”
I have also been reminded by Matthew chapter 7 verses 24 and 25, when The LORD JESUS said, “Therefore everyone who hears these Words of Mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock.” This is the time where it’s going to be revealed whether we are really rooted firmly in CHRIST.
This is the time where it’s going to be revealed on whose foundation we are built on, or on what type of ground hearts are we. It’s a time of assessment and realization of where we stand, and how we can start changing to be wise builders and type four category ground heart where we hear the WORD of GOD, retain it, and persevering until we produce and bear fruits from it. GOD desires for you and me to be fruitful Christians and fruitful in our Christian walk and be doer of the Word Of GOD so that we can give HIM Glory and others can know CHRIST through our lives.
Truth is that The WORD Of GOD is settled forever in Heaven, whatever is written and recorded is already been established in Heaven as final authority. Our job is to believe whatever GOD and HIS WORD and HIS SPIRIT Of Truth says concerning our lives by faith.
In Psalm 119 verses 89 and 90, it says “Your Word, LORD, is eternal; it stands firm in the Heavens. Your faithfulness continues through all generations; You established the earth, and it endures.”
We are continuing with our topic about Love, a very important subject to discuss about especially now. Both believers and non-believers would appreciate to hear and be reminded by the message of the Love of GOD for humanity and all HIS Creation. There are things going on trying to hide this truth or blind people not to see the Love of GOD for HIS People.
Many of these unfortunate things we see for instance are trying to separate from believing that GOD loves HIS People. They are trying to separate you and me from the Love Of GOD in CHRIST JESUS our LORD. Good news is that in CHRIST we are more than conquerors. Troubles do not separate you and me from the LOVE of GOD. HE loves you and me in spite of what is going on in our lives. It’s very important to believe it.
In Romans 8 verses 31 to 39, it says that “What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If GOD is for our lives, who can be against our lives? HE Who did not spare His Own Son, but gave Him up for all, how will He not also, along with Him, graciously give all things? Who will bring any charge against those whom GOD has chosen? It is GOD Who justifies. Who then is the one who condemns? No one. CHRIST JESUS Who died, more than that, who was raised to life, is at the right hand of GOD and is also interceding for our lives. Who shall separate our lives from the Love of CHRIST? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? As it is written: “For Your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.” No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him Who loved our lives. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate our lives from the Love of GOD that is in CHRIST JESUS our LORD.”
